I got into nonprofit fundraising because I want to help solve problems, strengthen our communities, protect our natural world, and build more equitable social systems.

After more than a decade of nonprofit employment and two decades of professional experience, I understand that time is limited and too often staff have to wear multiple hats. Projects get dropped or delayed. It can be difficult to focus on fundraising and communicating with your audience when there's an audit to finish and a program to evaluate.
